If you are taking Hwy 67 and going through Mayville, WI; stop and have a sandwich and or an ice cream here; I highly recommend this sandwich shoppe.

I was a bit disappointed when I stopped seeking something for lunch, and all I saw was just run-of-the-mill sandwiches and hot dogs. I have to admit I just don't eat those, but for someone who likes them you can get that here. Personally I'd...like to see something else on the menu for different tastes. But I didn't leave disappointed - instead of lunch I grabbed a good helping of Ice Cream - they serve Chocolate Shoppe, so you can't miss here. And the staff is super friendly.More

We went in on a summer afternoon after it opened. The ice cream is good from a Madison maker. Prices a little higher than some ice cream stands in the area but still fair. The only thing I did not care for was the owners...kids running through the food prep kitchen area in their swimsuits.More

Stopped for lunch at his eatery located right on main street. Small but well organized place with large variety of ice cream, specializing in sub sandwiches. Order taken by very nice and polite young lady. Had the house special and it was huge. One half...was plenty for lunch. Will get another lunch on another day from that single creation. Establishment seems to be patronized mostly by locals. One lower table and five high tables each seating four. Soda dispensing machine; water available in separate container. New age music playing at time I was there.More
