We are frequent visitors at the Natural Way. Menu changes daily to accommodate the freshest ingredients. Absolutely one of our favorites.

We asked The Natural Way to provide three evening meals for our large family reunion, leaving the selection of dishes largely up to them. We were DELIGHTED with the result. For the first meal we had a wide variety of Neapolitan pizzas, including several that...were lactose-free, and a fresh salad! The next two meals were feasts, with an amazing array of delicious dishes, including baked salmon, brisket, lamb sausages, corn-and-black bean salad, a lentil/mushroom dish (not to be missed), and roasted potatoes-and-peppers. The cost was modest, the food superb, and all interactions clear and pleasant. We will be back! Highly recommended without reservation!More

We enjoyed our visit here. We purchased unique organic goods and the owner is very knowledgeable about her products. The lunch was superb! Freshly made from local organic food. Best turkey sandwich I have ever eaten. Organic turkey and bacon, cranberry and apples, on fresh bread....We will be going there again!More

My wife and I decided to check them out on a Friday night. We sat at the bar and reviewed the menu board. We found the prices fair with a wide range of options for everyone. I had the grass fed steak. It was of...very good quality and had good flavor. It was served with Brussels sprouts very tasty as well. We shared an artisan cheese board. It had three cheeses, nuts and some bread. It paired well. We each had a glass of wine. They had a short but good list and the prices fair. The menu changes regularly, based on what they can get fresh. If you are in the area it is a must try.More

Traveling through small towns in Wisconsin and it’s time for lunch. In the tiny town of Mayville we found The Natural Way; a health food store with a small restaurant serving outstanding food. We had a fantastic Thai squash soup and a grilled cheese with...artisan goat cheese, bacon, basil and tomato. Wow!!More

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here. Our breakfast bowls were creative, with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Another couple there were raving about the pancakes. The atmosphere is great. My husband was skeptical since it's inside a health food store. He thought everything would...be vegetarian. It's not and he was won over for sure!More

We arrived in Mayville for a wedding, and were looking for a place for lunch. We passed up Chinese and Mexican, and reluctantly decided to try The Natural Way. Not sure what we would find, but ended up finding a gem!! The oriental chicken salad...was superior to any other that I have ever tasted and the rhubarb crisp with fresh whipped cream was great! My friend and I had decided to split both items, but wished we had each had our own. Went back the next day, and I ordered the crab cakes. That wouldn't normally be my choice, but owner and chef Earl suggested (insisted) that I try them, and so glad I did. Thank you Patty and Earl for making our visit to Mayville one that we will remember. Pat and Donna.More

My wife and I stopped here during a visit to the area to see the fall colors. I had the butternut squash soup which was delicious, I've tried to make butternut squash soup before and this soup blew away my attempt. My wife had the...chicken pot pie, it was also very good. Finally, we had lemonade to drink and it was excellent, not overly sweet like most lemonade. The menu is small and changes every week, several of the items the day we were there were seafood based (which neither of us like), so that limited our options but we were happy with our lunch. It seems like they usually post the menu on their Facebook page so it may be worth checking in advance. Would definitely eat here again the next time we visit the Horicon area.More

What a wonderful little restaurant! The chef takes advantage of the freshest available ingredients in their creative and delicious menu offerings. The owners are welcoming and friendly, understandably proud of their lovely establishment - the restaurant and store - in this sleepy little town. We'll...certainly be eating there anytime we're in the area!More

Earl, the owner, creates these excellent dishes using natural/organic foods. Menu is small and ever-changing, but there is always something you will enjoy.
