There could be a few more of these in the western suburbs of Milwaukee! The awesome farm-to-table fresh ingredients and inventive twists on breakfast staples makes Blu's Egg a hit!!! We often frequent it in the morning post 12 hour shift at the hospital. Why you might say??? They treat healthcare workers to a free Mimosa or order of Monkey... More

Blue's Egg is a busy place, but worth it if you have to wait a bit! The breakfast menu is amazing in depth and variety! Coffee was great and food was traditional but fabulous. My favorite was the veggie sausage which was full of flavor along with jam for the toast. Coffee and service were both excellent.

Not literally but this server is fantastic. Coffee again excellent, refills without begging (I like that), Chunky Monkey (Dare you to try it with sauce) and hash browns to die for. Ample servings, crispy browns, but we would come back just for Marlee's attitude. We talked yellow labradors and she spoke our language!

As almost every review about this place is stellar, there isn't probably much I can add. Seafood croquettes, perfectly done hash browns, caramel glazed monkey bread, a bellini....all divine. The service is excellent. I didn't get their bloody Mary but gazed longingly at others, and they looked mighty tasty. Don't miss this place!! Oh, and might I add out the... More

The menu had all the basics and some with a nice twist, also there were specials that looked very good! The hash browns were very yummy, but beware! They're very greasy. They have their own special ham which was yummy as well. Iced coffee was good and they also serve espresso which was a nice surprise to me.

Tough to get a table here for brunch during the weekend. Get here early or late to reduce wait time. Great Milwaukee breakfast place. Be sure to ask for the Monkey Bread with your meal.

Unique menu, amazing food with the exception of the French toast. I sent it back twice because it was runny. By that point I was fed up so I just ate the outside pieces that were actually cooked all the way. The stuffed hash browns are a must! Everything else was truly great food and the service was pretty good

We have been to Blue's Egg many times, the place is always busy and there is usually a wait, but the food is well worth the time it takes to get a table! Service is always exceptional and the food is better than any home cooked meal i have ever had!

Great brunch on Sunday.e Had the Blue's Bendict was worth the wait. Portions are good size. Be prepared for a 1 hour wait of Sunday's.

Blue's Egg is my family's favorite breakfast destination hands down. They craft, perhaps, the finest breakfast on earth. ON EARTH. Its that good. To have The Dubliner is to know what food in heaven will taste like. And yet, the service is diseased with Millennial Hipster Syndrome. The servers are consistently a cancer on this otherwise stunning restaurant. My wife... More
