This sweet little diner serves an excellent fish fry for under $8. The cook, who may also be the owner, breads the cod by hand. They have good potato pancakes and fries, and great cole slaw and rye bread. We have tried many fish fries around town and theirs stands up to all, at half the price. And the throwback... More

Took my daughter out for breakfast- Was pondering one of the more popular and expensive spots in the area. Chose to go to Teds instead- glad we did. Not much to the place. Couple of small tables stuck against the wall or windows. A double curved counter that sits maybe 30 total is much more fun and appropriate. Waitress is... More

Ted's is an old fashion ice cream parlor with great food. The breakfasts are great and a real value. The hamburgers and malts are great at lunch time, and their Friday Fish Fry and their potato pancakes are the best. I've been coming here for over 50 yrs.

My husband and I love this old school spot for a cheap burger and fries. Shakes are awesome and you get a ton in the metal shake cups. Staff is always super friendly. Great local spot. Most seating is at the counter. A handful of tables only accommodate 2 so the only negative I would say is not conducive for... More

We had a pleasant meal at Ted's! First of all, the food is super cheap and it's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. It also is a blast from the past and makes you think about what diners used to look like.

This is a great little diner! I used to live by it many years ago and never went there; now I wish I would've tried it earlier. When we arrived at 2pm, we were the only ones there. The diner is a cute "throwback" diner with double horseshoe counters and stools. The waitress told us to sit anywhere and got... More

We went here for breakfast. It's a small place with limited seating, but there was just enough space at the bar for our party of five. This is a typical diner-style breakfast. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but if you're in this neighborhood it's a great option for a full breakfast (versus the carb-loaded options at... More

It's probably best to go here with lower expectations. Their food is very reasonable priced. A burger, fires and a soup or salad is something like $6.95. Nothing on their menu was priced over $7. My burger was fine, but it the whole place is definitely "old school. I will say I like their burgers better than Culver's. Also, you... More

I've been visiting Ted's since high-school. Breakfast (eggs Benedict) or lunch (hamburger & a chocolate malt) are FANTASTIC. Like the diners of the 50's and 60's this place continues to please. If you're in the area - you need to treat yourself to an tasty meal. There are a couple tables - The last time I was there was with... More

We love to jump in this diner for breakfast or lunch. A nice little diner that still serves those wonderful shakes and malts. Enjoy this little gem !
