Cute place inside. An old fashioned type diner. Great prices and the food is good. Burgers, fries, shakes, stuff like that. Service was good and pretty fast. Definitely go check it out.

This quaint sandwich shop is located in downtown Racine. Sometimes, parking is an issue, although they do have some parking next to the building. I usually order their Kewpee burger, which is cooked fresh after you order it. Ordering it specially made is not a problem, as they make your burger after you order it. You get an abundance of... Very quirky place to visit, but a must do when visiting Racine. Kewpee dolls everywhere and of all possible types make for an interesting decor choice. Turns out the fun is quite good and very inexpensive, so if you want a good tasting burger at a low price while being in a one of a kind type place, this is... More

I've been going to Kewpee's for more than 40 years! It was always a treat to go downtown with my mom, visit the bookstores, then stop by Kewpee's for one of Racine's best cheeseburgers! No longer in the "creepy", dark parking garage, Kewpee's is stil in the same location, but much brighter and cheerier. Same 50s retro diner feel, with... More

This is a great place to step back in time. Counters with short stools, strike up a conversation with your neighbor. Short, to the point menu, you come here for the diner/malt shop experience of the 50's and 60's. Great if you are in search of hang-over food! But family friendly as well.

Kewpee's is a taste of nostalgia! Great fun reminiscent of days gone by when there was a sofa fountain on every corner. If you're in the mood for malts, burgers and frys this is the place for you! Delicious burgers made to order and served promptly hot off the grill. Generous portions. Fun, Fun, Fun!!

Not what you expect when you hear Sandwich Shop, necesssarily. This is a burger joint. It's an old diner themed after pretty creepy Kewpee dolls. A great greasy burger, good fries, excellent chocolate shake. The burger tasted familiar somehow, in a good way. I like their very limited menu, just the basics. Service was fairly quick. I love the way... More

Been here a few times with the boys. Good burgers and fries. Pass on the chicken sandwich. Wait staff are very friendly. Go early on the weekend or you'll be waiting. For a while.
