Email J's has kindly let us meet here for letter writing. Am also enjoying their coffee and egg sandwich.

Relaxing atmosphere, very college feel to it so in down hours great place to work and have some good coffee. Recommend if going to cafe side go a little earlier than normal eating hours. Also, if need a side, suggest chips instead of the very small salad that costs more. There was only 1 person working when we got there... More

Our family met at Emmy J's for breakfast. I had never been there before and expected a regular coffee shop with some muffins, etc. Pleasantly surprised by a substantial menu featuring locally grown products. Food and service were very good

Stopped in for a treat on a Saturday afternoon. What a delightful shop - coffee shop and ice cream on one side - food (soup, sandwiches, etc.) on the other. Staff was very friendly and the ice cream was great.

Wanted to go somewhere nicer but this fit the bill and was recommended.. Food was very good and on the healthier side so it was great. Wait staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Other side is a coffee shop so stopped on the way out for great ice cream, and again in the morning on our trip back to... More

Fresh beans, fresh coffee (or specialty drinks), great staff. You can also have pastries and extra treats with indoor or outdoor seating. Oh, and REAL ice cream! Tables are unique with mosaic inlay. Always clean and a very inviting establishment to meet friends or to sit and read a book on your own.

It was everything we read and more. Sandwiches and wraps had fresh, local ingredients. We shared a wrap with chicken, avocado, black beans and more in a whole wheat tortilla. Also had a veggie sandwich that was wonderful. Sweet potato chips as an option, and then there's the ice cream shop attached! Stopped before biking and it made the day!

Whenever my husband and I visit point Emy J's is a regular stop for us. The food is outstanding and we love that it is all local. The coffee and ice cream are great for an afternoon pick-me-up.

My friend and I wanted to eat somewhat healthy after the holiday weekend, somewhere close to downtown, and sit outside to enjoy the weather. This place had all three!!! Everything was fantastic, from the people working, to the decor of the whole place and the food of course!! The whole grain bread was by far the best part of the... More

We stopped here for a family lunch. The food was excellent. The menu has a good variety. Very friendly service and staff. They roast their own coffee beans and we learned about the process. We would definitely eat here again.
