Good service in the bar. Six of us showed up shortly before the kitchen closed but they served us good prime rib quickly. Probably will stop again next time through

Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. The European dishes were delicious. We were northbound passing through Tomah and stopped for the night. Saw the billboard and found the restaurant. We were greeted warmly and led to a table. Itwas like being in a European village.

Stopped in this evening with a group of 18. Usually that is a real order for any restaurant to handle. I called the reservations in this morning and they were ready for us when we arrived. We were just a tad tight on space so...More

We were in area so we thought we would stay to have lunch at Burnstad's. Menu has changed. Food and desserts were not as great as they use to be. We probably won't go back anytime soon. They have lost their charm.

I was not impressed with the food, diffently did not like the prices, way over priced. Shop was nice but again overpriced.

The food here is always excellent, but I will caveat that with the comment that it is not cheap. There is a large dining room that is quite open, and also space for large parties. The downside of this large open space is the acoustics...More

We were on a road trip through the area, and lunch in the pub was very good. But it is a funky place--almost an indoor shopping mall construction with reception desk/clothing store, dining room, TV room, supermarket, and pub all attached.

The good reviews and the restaurants website touting their great food and European atmosphere convinced me to visit this restaurant. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but both me and my husband agreed that this restaurant did not meet our expectations. Waitress came quickly, but...More

We enjoyed lunch at Burnstad's on a chilly fall afternoon. We went hoping for soups and sandwiches but were sucked in by the huge variety on the menu. Everything we ordered from soups, to salads, to sandwiches, to specialty (sweet potato) fries was delicious. The...More

Over the years I've made it a point to stop here and get food while on long road trips. It's a great place to get soup & sandwich, among other items. I've brought groups of 5-6 people here before and everybody loved it. Several times...More

I didn't ask about gluten-free options. There are salads available and I'm sure the kitchen would do everything possible to accommodate any particular requests from guests.
