Sprizzo closed in March, 2015 - so sad. One of the best and classiest establishments Waukesha ever had.

Closed by owner due to Main Street being completely closed on this block. We will miss you and your staff, Karla. Not to mention how much we will miss your wonderful cooking. Enjoy your retirement. Maybe Waukesha will see you again some day!
It is a sandwich shop and very good. The only thing that annoys me is that during lunch they have live music (a guy with a guitar) and to me it is like fingernails on a blackboard. It's hard to carry on a conversation, etc.
Sprizzo's is a nice choice on main street Waukesha, and seating is usually available early evening. Fresh ingredients and good preparation make for an enjoyable meal at a reasonable price. Room for improvement: coffee refills....had to make it through the meal with one cup and...More
The lower level has small tables and booths, and a bar. Upstairs there is a room suitable for a group. It was a nice quiet atmosphere where we could all hear each other. The menu seemed to offer more than the one that was on-line....More
We don't visit often enough, and every stop over the last few years has been a pleasure. The staff is very pleasant, and most have worked here for a good number of years. After some tests at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, we decided to stop for...More
I've been to Sprizzo's twice now and was very satisfied with each meal! I had the veggie hummus on multi-grain the first time which was delicious! I also had a cup of the chicken noodle soup which had nice hunks of chicken and great flavor....More
Their sandwiches are great. Their veggie hummus sandwich tastes so fresh, like summertime. I love to eat this in the winter to remember summer... Their soups are always spectacular. Their fish chowder on Friday is the best anywhere. I can't get enough.
This is one of our preferred stops for Sunday morning breakfast. They have great coffee and homemade breakfast entrees including outstanding crust-less quiche of the day.
Great food and beverages- unique, tasty soups and sandwiches. They have a liqueur license. Staff is friendly but not annoying. Music some evenings. Sundays they have a Bloody Mary bar.
