Food was good, nothing extraordinary for the price, except the view. My sister and I shared two meals, fish tacos and a turkey sandwich. If you like a piece of fried fish on your fish taco, don't order this. Kind of a shredded white fish...More

Fantastic food when they opened several years ago, unfortunately we haven't experienced the same quality of food since, we keep trying because you can't beat the venue, we love the atmosphere, maybe just have drinks and skip the food.

Had lunch with a girlfriend. Excellent menu, food was great. Pricey wine list. $12 for smallish glass of a nice Chard. Great service, view of Lake Geneva. You can drive your boat up to their Marina! We will return but have our drinks at home...More

Love the location on Lake Geneva. Food is good, and service is typically good. But, on really busy night they should staff up just a bit. Prices are just a bit higher than I would expect for the location.

Had the chef's special (burger with thick-cut bacon, cheddar and grilled onions). Served with truffled fries--fabulous!. We lucked out and got the primo table for 2 outside with a gorgeous view of the Lake. The only negative was that it was a little pricey, but...More

... but that's about it! Our waiter pointed out that nothing on the menu is locally "fresh" and recommended the pork chop, which was ok. We made a reservation and had a not so great table but walked around outside afterwards and enjoyed the lake....More

Pier 290 has a great ambiance. The nautical theme is really cool and a view of the lake is really nice. We had a reservation for 11 at 7:15 and it was obvious they forgot about it so we waited another 20-30 minutes to be...More
