The food is delicious but the service is just terrible. Made a drink order it took about half an hour for one mixed drink and others were complaining about ordering a beer and still not having it after 20 minutes ago. Took almost an hour to get out food. Could have a lot more potential if the staff was quicker.

Last night we ventured to Evanston to find a local pub. We had burgers, Fajita southwest salad, and sandwich. We tried the on tap light beer and enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress was new but was certainly trying her best. A party of 20 had preceded us. We thought the food good, beer a little strong for light, but weren't... More

The service has definitely taken a dive in our last couple of visits. Our most recent one was the worst of all - it took forever for the server to acknowledge us, then she randomly walked away while we were in the middle of ordering (while not seeming to be in any distress as she was going around to other... Cool atmosphere, good IPA, good food. Can't give higher than a two rating because of the disorganized, horrendous service. Here on business and came for lunch. Half our party waited more than forty-five minutes for food. Came back tonight to sample the beer. Service even worse!! Hard to believe. Too bad because this place has so much potential. Servers in... More

This place used to be a regular stop for me every time I traveled to Evanston but this last time was very disappointing. The service was slow, and the food was dry and not good. Also to order the beers they brew I had to look at a menu hanging on the wall on the other side of the restaurant,... More

This place really is bad. I came in with a friend for lunch. The server was totally rude - we had food and two beers then she cashed us out without asking whether we wanted anything else or to be cashed out - we would have purchased more but her attitude was awful once she presented the tab after a... Daughter and I came here for lunch. We had the soup of the day, French onion and shared a couple starters. The soup was a downer. Way too salty and there was no bread or cheese on it. How can you call it French onion soup without cheese? It is just onion soup then. The calamari was good but not... More

We though the menu looked great but after waiting over 30 minutes for drinks and and another 45 for food it's just not worth it. Beer sampler was good, food was ok but then again we were starving by the time it came. Trust me we wanted this place to be better.

Plan on a solid 30-45 mins before you even get your drinks.. All down hill from there. Food is ok, not many choices in Evanston.

We stopped in for lunch just traveling through. My husband had a patty melt and I had the Reuben and both were perfect. Great fries and coleslaw. Our waitress was very nice. His patty melt had a 1/2 pound burger and only 8.50. Great deal!
