Excellent. It's all good. We've eaten in Hong Kong, San Francisco, and from the east coast to the west coast. Chinatown is as good as any and better than most.

Very consistent. A Jackson staple. Once you go, you will always come back. It burned down a few years ago, and boy were we glad when it reopened!

The servings are generous. We typically order one less entre than the number of people dining. They have the best Mongolian Beef I have ever had. Their other entres are good also. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for JH. The rebuilt dining room looks like a cafeteria, and they now charge $2 for hot tea so those are both... More

We have been eating at Chinatown for many years. Since Chinatown reopened after burning down, the service and food has changed in a bad way. Confusion on the waiters and servers parts make getting fast service difficult. The food is inferior to what they use to serve, and they now charge $2.00 for a cup of hot tea. Trying to... More

Just what the title says, the place was just about filled up on a weekday night when we were there, with a line of people also picking up to-go orders. Could they have given us some indication of seat ourselves or wait when we entered? Probably. Should we have to wait in line for 10 minutes to pay at the... More

First just let me say that when we finally got our food,it was very good. We were on vacation and heard this place had recently re-opened after a devastating fire. One would think they would have used the time to plan, not! Entering we were met by a throng of people waiting for tables. They had no system for taking... More

It was close to our hotel so we stopped in and got the order to go Beef and Broccoli with Fried Rice and Won Ton Soup for $18. Mid Range The food was good- a little oily, and the won ton soup was all broth with 2 won tons.
