As an avid Snow Boarder for years; Jax Hole rates sky high! One of my favorite bars!! This unique bar for the past twenty years is top notch!! Silver Dollars embedded within the bar. Great Selection of beers, booze and babes. Food is top notch and high priced!! Actual cowhands are the customers; not including the tourist!! Bartenders and Servers... More

Decided we couldn't leave jackson without having a drink in the oldest bar cowboy bar in town. As you enter the bar from the street it's like being transported back in time to a period of pickup trucks, ranching cowboys and a 50's ish atmosphere . There are two very, very long bars located along the outside walls of the... More

Fun bar, classic atmosphere that has to be seen to be believed. You have to stop in just to sit in the saddle for a beer and enjoy some of the mounts and stories that are scattered throughout the bar.

We found this place wandering through Jackson Hole and thought it was great! All we wanted was something casual but good and it met all our criteria. They even had live music!

We only stopped for drinks, but enjoyed our brief stay. It really is a place for tourist to stop in. The bar stools are actual saddles which is fun - for a brief period of time unless you are used to sitting straddle-like for hours on end. The bartenders were very nice - they are super busy but provide prompt,... More

Just a warning to families, any person under 21 is not welcome in this establishment, even for a cool non-alcoholic beverage on a Tuesday afternoon.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this place but it's clearly a tourist destination given that it's right on the Town Square so you don't have to scout out the genuine local spots. I may be wrong but I hardly think sitting in a saddle at the bar makes a true western bar.

Probably the best bet for night life in Jackson. Really authentic atmosphere bar is cool w barstool being horse saddles. Live music was great and a large area w pool tables and good staff.

You sit in a genuine horse saddle at the bar and have one of the microbrews. The bar is inlaid with silver dollars that were minted but never issued back in the late 1800s. Great atmosphere. We had dinner there and listened to the live music on a prior vist and the food was good and the music good as... More

Like walking into a western bar. All the barstools are saddles. Mounted animals galore and cousins embedded in the bar top. Has several levels with finer dining downstairs. Touristy for sure but worth a cost for a drink.
