First off, I rarely leave reviews, but felt the need to warn other travelers to Jackson Hole on this one. Truly terrible experience. Went with my husband and 2 sons and we are all big sushi fans. We ordered a few rolls, nigiri sushi and teriyaki chicken. Everything was mediocre to inedible. We had to send one roll back since... More

Friendly and efficient service, well varied menu from sushi to noodles through tempura. Enjoyed the meal and it was good value although not special. Suggest for casual dining and not for romance or to impress.

Truly dreadful and very worrying to have eaten there tonight. My daughter was halfway through her Tempura Udon Noodles only to find a plastic lid at the bottom of her bowl. Obviously her dish had been heated through and tipped into a bowl without removing the lid. Disgusting.... avoid Restaurants excuse 'we have a new chef!'

We came to Kazumi because the more highly rated restaurant in the area was closed. This was not my favorite sushi. One roll had a slightly fishier taste than I was comfortable with eating. The other 2 were okay. The server was working hard but overwhelmed.

Terrible service... actually felt like the server wanted us to leave before we had finished ordering. Food was basic at best and partner thought he could have done better and he's not a cook...he's an electrician!! Then there was a forced gratuity, which was above the industry standard and we have since learned it is illegal to force this on... More

I took the kids there per my teenage daughter's request on her birthday. The sushi was very good and the service was also. The meals were good but not outstanding. If you love sushi I recommend it but average otherwise. Will probably return though as the service was good and the atmosphere was good.

I was impressed with the selection and quality of the sushi. The staff was friendly, and the seating was intimate and quiet. Their drink menu was also good, and the entire experience was relaxed and fun. I would visit Kazumi again.

Went to Kuzumi on the recommendation of the Inn because they go there. Very pretty interior. Very accommodating in changing items in a dish. We ordered Lobsterfest that was delicious

Went for lunch on a rainy Monday, with good service and good udon, ramen, and sushi rolls. We were the only people in the place, so not a big lunch crowd.

Stopped for a late lunch after walking around Jackson Hole. We had the friendliest server - I think he was an owner. Chatted a bit, had a good meal. Food was tasty, the dressing for the house salad is delicious & house made. Wish we could have gone back for dinner. Thanks for your great hospitality, we will be back... More
