I personally love even though it's under new ownership, some of the menu items stayed. My favorite is the Country Benedict. I am very happy they didn't remove it, no one else has it. The cook is awesome and is very good at what he does. The last few times the service has been okay. I am glad that the... More

We stopped here with 4 kids on the way through Laramie thanks to Tripadvisor. Chalk another win up for TA! This little place is clean clean clean, food was hot, fries crispy, flavor excellent. The atmosphere was perfect, because it was EVERYthing you expect out of a small town roadside diner: 70/80s era table and decor, country music playing lightly... More

So delicious!!! I had the mac and cheese burger and my husband had the blueberry pancakes, it was the best food we have had on this entire trip! If I were a local I would eat in here ever single day!! I can not give the staff enough praise, the service was fantastic all around. I will make this a... More

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The Chuckwagon looks like a pretty ordinary restaurant. But come inside and try the food. I ordered the fried chicken and was expecting an ordinary dinner. What I got was a delicious, crispy plate of hot chicken. The pieces were big and there was no greasy flavor. I am not sure what they... More

My husband & I have made it a point to have breakfast at the Chuckwagon at least once while we're in Laramie for annual hunting trips. We were anxious to see what changes might have been made with new ownership, and we were happy to see things have improved overall. First, we ended up having breakfast there on 3 mornings... More

Full of old guys in baseball hats, who knew the waitress ( a pretty, young Serbian girl), and she knew them. Service was great. Food was excellent. My husband is the burger king and often eats burgers, I had breakfast at Chuckwagon and we both had great food. Lots of tea choices as well, which was a bonus for me.... More

During our day on the road between Rock Springs, WY and Kimball, NE, we stopped at the Chuckwagon for lunch. My fella had always eaten here after returning from elk hunting in the Zirkel wilderness. Small, cute place right off I-80. The food was fantastic and the coffee spectacular. I ordered the fish and chips with cole slaw. I’m rarely... More

One of the few "non-chain" family restaurants in Laramie. Small, rustic charm. Food is good, portion sizes are appropriate. Staff is friendly and bedides being pretty busy, are attentive. Would recommend.

A wonderful place to dine. My huevos rancheros were divine. Excellent. The interior of the restaurant is delightful. The staff very friendly and efficient- get off the highway, skip the chains and enjoy a terrific local restaurant.
