Cafe Rio is a casual delicious spot for fresh Mexican food. The queso is surprisingly good as it is unlike anything I've had before and is worth grabbing with chips or just a side to dip your entree in. The steak quesadilla is my go-to, because who doesn't love cheese?! And the steak doesn't taste like way comes from low-grade... More

Poor service. The staff had no supervision. Burnt my tortilla and the steak was burnt. Salad dressing was missing an ingredient, was just oil. The kid making it had only one glove on handling food and money. Grossed me out. Left a complaint on line. But they don't ask your name or contact information. Just not interested I guess. Won't... We didn't like the food. But, they were very busy and alot of the people like it, so this is just our opinion only.

We needed a quick dinner for two families and this place hit the spot for everyone. Loved the fresh tortillas, the quality ingredients and the creamy tomatillo dressing on the salads. Staff were very friendly. I wish they had a Cafe Rio in my hometown.

Large portions and friendly service. When you come in, you select what type of meal you want then select the meat....then you have options of what to add to it...service was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was unique.

The thing that I always worry about eating at Mexican Restaurant, if it will be to big of a portion or not? Well.... not anymore! I love the idea of Taco Tuesday for 1 piece! Yey! We were stop by for lunch, grab taco. We tried beef and chicken. I prefer the beef flavor. It was pretty tasty. You can... More

We LOVE cafe rio! But this franchise was terrible. They had no rice, the beans were hard, they burned all three of our kids quesadillas. The chips were stale, all three trash cans were overflowing so we couldn't throw our trash away. When they said they were making fresh chips, it took more than 20 minutes, at which point we... More

I visited this eatery one time and was not impressed. There was what seemed like an extended wait for a restaurant of this type. I had the flame grilled beef burrito. It was only so so at best. But I will say that among people that I met in Rock Springs, this place was highly recommended. I guess being from... More

I have always lived Cafe Rio but I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with restaurants that charge you for every little condiment- and that is what this place does. The food is good but to make it better you have to pay extra for sour cream, e tea for guacamole, etc. $30 for 4 tacos and some chips and only one drink... More

I dropped by for a quick taco on taco Tuesday because I never been there. I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The wife didn't really believe what I told her so I brought the family the next day. Everyone loved it and the staff was awesome on both trips. Spending a few extra bucks for some fresh food rather... More
