This restaurant is located near the Hilo Ship Dock area. We stopped for lunch. Had Pho and a Vegetarian rice dish for lunch. Both were quite good. Restaurant and Kitchen are nice and clean and bright. I will stop again.

We stopped at New Saigon as we wanted to mix things up. New Saigon is situated in a quiet shopping center. Looks like occupancy can run to about 20-25 people, so it is a cozy place. We ordered the pad thai and green curry dish, and were impressed with the flavoring and presentation. The portions are large, so you can... More

This is a very basic restaurant but a great value and the food is quite good. Be aware you should be somewhat familiar with Vietnamese food to make your selection, english was a second language for staffers and it was difficult getting a good understanding of the various menu selections.

I wasn't feeling too well, so wanted something that was vegetable-heavy. They were out of summer rolls, and no option to have the spring rolls to be not deep fried. I asked for a vegetable-heavy recommendation and the waitress did not understand. We sat for a long time before being acknowledged. I would not recommend eating here.

This restaurant serves good Vietnamese and other asian food. The food is delicious. I've eaten there several times and I am very happy with their food every time. Try their ginger chicken, Hong Kong noodle, shrimp & string beans and duck noodle. They all taste great. The price is very reasonable. The restaurant setting is very simple.

We ate at this restaurant last night. The server was very efficient and friendly. The food is standard Vietnamese. It came quickly and we enjoyed it.

This place is the bomb. Chrispy noodle w chicken and veggies was delicious, delightful, delicate and utterly addictive. The help does not speak much English but so what they got pics on the menu. The food is fresh and authentic. If they had free wi fi it would make this the best place in Hilo.

Poor communication no one speaks English. Pho broth was so diluted you had to add hoisin sauce for flavor. Not coming back for $18 for this poor Pho!

No one spoke a lick of English. That person was on a delivery !!!!! Hard to make a decision without some communication. Food was just OK.
