I wasn't really hungry but knew it would be a long day, so I chose coffee cake and a coffee mocha for my breakfast. Jeffrey had espresso steamed eggs and a bagel.

We weren't that hungry when we stumbled onto Bear's Coffee and all I needed was one bottled water, which they had and which I drank outside while seated in their outdoor chair. Would do that again, and maybe more.

Great surprise to find the cafe with live music on a Sunday morning, wonderful soufflé eggs and food under 10.00 per person!

Business apparently open for breakfast and lunch. Was closing at 3 PM day we stopped. We ordered soup and a sandwich. Food was OK (maybe not exceptional). Prices were good by Hawaiian standards, sandwiches were $6-8.

Small restaurant, friendly waitstaff, good food. Specialty is "soufflé eggs" - steamer on the espresso machine is used to cook the eggs - light, fluffy, delicious!

Just what your looking for if budget traveling. Basic diner style everyone we met was local. Get the expresso eggs for 5 bucks add some cheese and peppers. Wife had granola and coffee and this is the cheapest we've eaten on the island. Friendly staff....More
