Visited for dinner recently on a trip for a medical conference, the food was phenomenal. The restaurant was small, which was really nice and had an intimate feeling. Service was excellent. All in all a great meal and experience.

Another delightful meal at Napua at the beautiful Mauna Lani Bay Club beach. Servers are all so friendly and remember their multi-year customers. Food is fresh and delicious. Mud Pie is a must have for dessert. Family friendly but also great for couples.

This place gets a 4 for food and service. The effort required makes it not worth it. Here is why. We were coming from Mount Mauna Kee and looking for a place to eat. Trip advisor pointed us to this restaurant. Looks wonderful. So we...More

Located just above a lovely little beach in a small cove, this open-air restaurant is beautifully landscaped. In the evening, they light torches that, along with little white light strung from the trees, keep it softly illuminated. Service is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, but not...More

Good food, good service and right on the way to/from the beach. Dinner once and lunch twice. Just enough things on the menu to accommodate that. One of the best salads I had during the whole trip. Lemonade is handmade if that is your thing....More

We enjoyed stopping in for a cocktail during our beach visits. The staff was accommodating to our teenager making non alcohol suggestions. Constant water refills too.

I would recommend eating early enough so you can see the sun set. Located 50 or so feet from the beach. Pole and calamari appetizers were superb. My ahi dinner was above average, not brilliant. My wife’s mahi-mahi was excellent. Make sure they open a...More

I don't know. Probably so, but you should just call them. They seem to be very accommodating. Napua is a low key, not fancy restaurant but it has a great view and well prepared food, and would be a great place to enjoy... More

Yes easy to get to and they have a parking lot right there with a small ramp. I'd say a few days to a week for prime dining ours to make a reservation. And equally priced to most of the other mid-high range restaurants in... More

Like a delicious little secret, tucked away in a private ocean cove along the appetizing sands of Mauna Lani Resort is a Big Island restaurant called Napua, waiting for you to discover the foods of Hawai'i Island, shared with the kind of aloha that comes from those who know.
