You cannot say that this is a Mexican restaurant. We decided to try this restaurant in our first night in the HIlton Hotel and we regretted as soon as the food arrived. The service was very slow even tough there were not a lot of people in the dining area. The food was very bland, it seemed that the beans... More

Luckily, the drinks were delicious. We ordered chips and salsa to start and got pico de gallo. I thought maybe that was their version of salsa but later when my tacos came, they came with salsa. That's disappointing. We were seated next to a nicely fashioned river. DO NOT SIT NEAR THE DOCK!! It was nice until the ferry boat... More

We ate here twice. I'm from Texas and am a big Mexican food / Tex-Mex food snob and really enjoyed this place. Nachos - huge. delicious. their pork is amazing. tacos - loved the extensive toppings on each type, some unusual pairings like radish slices on the fish were delightful. burrito - satisfied the husband. quesadilla app - big enough... Nice setting in the massive Hilton Waikoloa Village for an evening snack. We stuck to appetizers and the nachos and quesadilla both were more than acceptable. The service was fast and friendly as well!

Food quality was good, prices fair. Staff friendly and efficient. Now I have to keep writing so I have a 100 character, even though I don't have anything else to say.

This place was great! I highly recommend the at the table guac and chips, they make it right at your table where you select what ingredients go in! I had the fish tacos, they were great! My Husband had the Kailua pork tacos, they were amazing! For drinks we had the Lava Flow (pina colada with strawberry preserves swirled in),... More

We had lunch here during our stay at the Hilton, and it was pretty iffy. I had the fish tacos, which were ok, but my wife had the worst chicken taco she has ever had. Sauce was overpowering and chicken was chewy. We went elsewhere after our experience.

We were getting out of the pool at the hotel and decided to stop here for lunch. The food was an interesting fusion on Hawaiian an Mexican. They had a great selection of tequila too.

Expensive but good burgers. Service was good the first day, then average the other day. Good view of the dolphins from here.

My wife had the fish tacos and she loves fish tacos. Her feeling is that they were just average. My pork nachos were above average. Good lunch but not worthy of 5 stars.
