If your hungry late at night, this is the place at the St. Regis Hotel to eat. The sushi is amazing(not cheap) but delicious. Lounge on your own private couch and listen to a wonderful Hawaiian music and don't forget to tip the musician l.

We went to the St. Regis bar sans kiddos for a drink and to watch the sun set over Hanalei Bay. It was just what we were looking for. Very romantic. The maitre'd opened a champagne bottle with a sword to usher in the evening....More

Amazing sunset views, crafted cocktails, impeccable service, the Saint Regis Bar has it all. Expect to pay more, but the experience is well worth it.

Elegant. They had my favorite cocktail. Not everyone even in Hawaii have lilkoi vodka. The space is large and filled with marble with an open plan and stunning views.

High end bar with a view to die for all day long. Food menu is limited and a bit pricy but it's the view you are there for to enjoy. Sunset is the best.

We were not staying at the hotel but made a point to visit for sunset, as they have the best view on the North Shore. We arrived about 75b minutes before the sun set to secure a table on the balcony outside. Yes, the drinks...More

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More
