We came here for dinner on our first night in Maui. Location is great, only 2 miles from where we were staying in Waliea. We opted for this place because of the big portions instead of doing a tasting menu at a fancy restaurant. The kuala pork was my favorite! Although everything was a little too salty for my preference,... More

DA KITCHEN matches any plate lunch offering we've enjoyed from Waikiki to Hana. Traditional fare prepped with care and skill, here the sides are not warmed over, and the entrees not cheap cuts beaten to a pulp. Rest assured DA KITCHEN will deliver! As decent chefs ourselves, we were pleased with the dishes closely matching home-cooked recipes in every aspect.... More

The food is delicious. They have a great variety. We all ordered different items so we could taste multiple things. ALL were YUMMY and you get a lot of it! The price is reasonable for Hawaii. I would highly recommend.

After our early morning flight from Oahu, we were starving by 11:00 a.m. An Army buddy who grew up near here recommended Da Kitchen for good local chow, and he was right! This was the "Express" location, but the dining room seating was comfortable, counter service was quick and friendly, and our lunch was tasty and filling. About equal numbers... More

I've had food at both locations and both serve great Hawaiian food. We like the spam musubi which is fried, the kalua pork, the kalbi and tempura fish. We picked up the food and went to a nearby park/beach and ate there. Once we ate at the restaurant where you order first then find a table. the people who took... More

I had the chow fun which is big fat noodles with beef anf veggies (that dont over power the dish) that I will be eating again before leaving Maui. My friend had the fried spam rolls and the pork belly bowl and said both were the best she's had. The location by the airport was visited by DinersDrives&Dives from Food... More

They serve a lot of great food. I ordered a 2 item combo and it was enough food for lunch and dinner. The Kahlua pork was juicy and the chicken was nicely breaded. Would eat here again.

Portions are large! Everything was delicious. You must have the fried spam musubi appetizer. Large menu with lots of choices to choose from.
