If you want to taste and feel real Hawaii just walk through the doors of this 70yr old building. Yum!

Went for lunch, but 2 of us had breakfast. Place looks like a dive from outside and the inside shows its age (built in 1947). Folding chairs sort of rickety, but the booths were full so we sat at a table. Clearly the local eat here. There is outside seating too, but the day we went was sort of rainy.... More

I had the Hawaiian plate that included rice, laulau, Lomi salad, macaroni salad and kalua pig. The dish was okay but the Loki salad didn't have salmon. My friend had garlic chicken which seemed like a better dish.

We were touring Pearl Harbor and were trying to avoid crowded cafeterias and chain restaurants, so we came here for lunch. The location is unassuming and we didn't have high expectations. However, the menu seemed extensive and the prices very good! We were not disappointed. My daughter and husband had one of the full breakfasts and my son had a... More

Their food here has always been a go to for us. I personally love their Korean BBQ chicken and garlic chicken. My husband likes their Teri beef plate. Honestly, the Mac salad is made differently here, with spaghetti noodles instead of macaroni, but it's my favorite Mac salad by fat. The restaurant has been in Aiea forever and is like... More

The place is very sketchy. Waitress was nice. Fried saimin wasn't fried. Big portions of food but it was covered in grease/oil. Not a fan.

This was our second visit for a family and friends brunch. Fantastic food and service at a bargain price! Every dish that I have ever tried is very good to excellent. A diamond in the rough. If you are REALLY hungry, try "Da Elvis Pancakes"- peanut butter bananas, coconut and whipped cream layered between buttermilk pancakes.

Their "dirty" double cheeseburger is worth every penny! My husband and I had ate here twice in one week.. it was so good!

Tasty simple food at a very good value, very friendly staff, and Lots of parking for a small place. Garlic Chicken, Roast Pork, Fried Rice, Saimin, and burgers are great. Rail Construction happening on Kamehameha Highway, best to enter from Moanalua Road Side.

Read about this place in a guidebook or two, and I'm glad I did! Do not let the outside appearance stop you from trying it out. Stopped in after visiting Pearl Harbor. Delicious local food, huge portions. The Forty-Niner Pancakes were delicious, but if kids are eating here may want to ask for the coconut sauce on the side if... More
