Be sure to follow them on Instagram to find their current location. What a find this food truck was for us! Acai bowls made to order with fresh granola and fruits atop a slurry of frozen acai. So decadent, it's hard to imagine it's healthy! You've gotta visit this place!

Often I feel like restaurants/food trucks mess with the simple things too much. Haleiwa Bowls gets it right. Their bowls don't taste like they've been pumped full of sugar as so many in the area do. I thoroughly enjoyed an acai bowl with granola, berries and a touch of honey for breakfast while on vacation.

At the time of my trip, Haleiwa Bowls was in a truck parked at Uppers Beach Park. The truck was adorable! And the view from where it was parked was lovely. I was so excited to finally get my acai bowl, and it definitely lived up to my expectations!

This is a great place to get a refreshing, delicious and filling bowl of fruity, granola acai. The staff is pleasant, efficient and professional. The only problem is finding their truck as the transition to a new location across from Hale'iwa Joe's. Their truck is usually parked along the road near sunset beach. They are however well worth the effort... More

First try and I definitely love açai bowl! The original açai comes with granola, honey, banana and coconut flakes. You can add any toppings you want for extra charge. I will be back for more and my perfect combo is the large açai with black berries and raspberry.

My husband really wanted a Haleiwa Bowl so we had to go on a bit of a trek to find the van - google maps not accurate and they move around so even the locals were unsure! The bowls were beautiful and so delicious! And the truck location meant we could take a little still and find a nice spot... More

Now I can say I have had acai bowls in at least three time zones! Michigan - okay, California - really good, Hawaii - awesome! Something about ordering in the sun, walking around the North Shore that just makes it great. Breakfast, lunch, snack - all good for the Acai Bowl.

We had been following Haleiwa Bowls on IG for awhile, and finally got a chance to stop by and grab a bowl and a smoothie while staying on the north shore. Worth it, staff was very nice and tasted oh so fresh.

I'd never had an acai bowl before, and now I might be spoiled forever. I grabbed a Surf bowl which had frozen acai and berry mixture, granola, bananas, coconut, honey, and probably something else I'm forgetting. All I know is it was absolutely delicious and worth a special stop to get one. Just be careful of the wild chickens hanging... More

Small road side stand. No parking. But the bowls were incredible. Best Acai EVER. Everything was organic. The Kombucha was equally great. A must try if you are either in Haleiwa, visiting Waimea Valley Park, or traveling to the North Shore. Drove a few hundred yards to the Haleiwa beach, and watched the sunset. Perfect end to the day.
