I visited the new mall Ka Makana Alii in Kapolei. I saw they had a Luibueno's. I had a great experience, Shawn & Jen are great mixologist & very friendly. I tried the Blackened Ahi, also had the Calamari (too much for one) great favors. I was surprised they offered six different Mezcal's. (Ask for the drink menu). Most bar's... More

Second night on the island I had a craving for Mexican, so hit up Luibueno's. Was not disappointed, tasty chips and salsa, the food was good, and the wife's steak was amazing. margaritas were good and plentiful.

This is the second time we have stopped in for "Happy Hour", although on the weekend there is no Happy Hour there. The free chips and salsa are great. I ordered some guacamole was good although there were way to many chunks of red onions in it for my taste.

The fresh-fish-of-the-day burrito with rice and beans was delicious and ample for dinner for two adults. Great fresh flavor to the salsa that came with the corn chips. Ask before ordering beverages - we were stunned by $10 for a pint of draft beer.

My family had dinner here and all of us enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and especially the drinks. We all had tacos w/sides or ala carte. All tasty and plentiful. Tried different coctails and and were great. Not too pricey. One of the better offerings in Haleiwa.

We stumbled upon Haleiwa and this restaurant for lunch on our way to Turtle Beach. Their fish enchiladas were amazing as well as the fish ceviche. We also had the Cadillac Margaritas...SO GOOD! Would recommend if you are in a larger group to make reservations ahead of time as the place was packed.

The homemade chips and salsa were good, and the dishes we tried were also tasty. The service was okay. I'd try it again.

My husbands Carne Asada tacos were too wet to pick up and eat, said he didn't care for the taste. I had fried Mahi tacos. I'm not a fish eater but I found these light and tasty. I would preferred larger flour taco shells.
