Much like the period when young teens start to need deodorant, Haleiwa Joe's is in dire need of top down cleaning. Easily the smelliest place in Kaneohe, bar none. The ladies room is so disgusting, I just wait to go home. The food is a little better than zippy's. Windward folks like this place, but that's cuz there are no... More

I've been coming to Hawaii for over 30 years never been here. We went today for lunch and it wasn't bad. I had the wedge salad and hubby had a burger. We both left happy! Sit outside it's a nice view with a nice netting so no bugs! Lol

While the wait was pleasant , with access to the bar, tv's and appetizers, I would prefer having the option of reservations. All the staff was attentive, courteous, and friendly. Food was American flair with a slight Hawaiian twist. Wonderfully prepared and delicious.

We had heard great things about the restaurant & gardens, but had never been so decided to take my mother in law while she was visiting us from the mainland. We arrived around 5 and just had a short wait. We only had time for a quick walk around the gardens before we were seated. The view from the restaurant... More

Great bar and restaurant with an authentic Hawaiian vibe. Open concept. Sitting high among the tropical trees. Good food. Great atmosphere.

Great food, great setting and superior service. What more could you ask for? We spent a week in the area and this was the best dinner house by far.

For great evening dining, we recommend Haleiwa Joes in Haiku. They do not take reservations, so show up early, as close to opening time, which is 5 pm. They fill up fast. The advantage is that it is still light to enjoy the fantastic view of the valley and the gardens. Food is first class. Always great fish.

My wife and I ate there and it couldn't have been any better. I ate the Ahi and Betty ate the salmon. The waitress run out to the parking lot to bring us a bag I left on the table. The whole experience was well worth the price.

When my family and I arrived, there were children running around screaming and there were a lot of people waiting. I thought, "Great, I came to Hawaii to go to a chain restaurant?!" We put our names in after being told it would take an hour to be seated. The hostess then showed us a table near the bar where... More

My wife and I went there for dinner while staying in Paradise Bay on the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. We didn't have reservations but were seated near the bar and the staff was very attentive. We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink and were seated at a table near the edge of the deck looking onto the garden... More
