The mantra is.....if you want to know the state of a country, look at the roads. If you want to know the state of a business look at the toilets. Jeff's is average at best. It has become too big for attention to detail, to busy to care and there is little other choice nearby. It is known for its... More

A must do for anyone that wants to experience a bonafide tropical beach meal experience. Good grill, beer and open sea air. With luck you will meet Jeff, the pirate that owns the place

On reading menu, noticed prices for regular meals were from $5.00 to $10.00 higher than northern Guam. Wife ordered eight chicken wings, and I ordered a veggie greek salad. Salad arrived and was average. My wife's chicken wings were never served. Perhaps they were out chasing a boonie chicken to feed her!. We canceled her order and left. Service was... More

Visited Jeff's Pirates Cove (JPC) with my spouse and three kids while on vacation to Guam. Thirteen years ago, when my wife and I lived on Guam, seemed to be a relaxed hangout on the beach, much what one would expect. Now it seems more corporate, full of tourists with so-so food at "gouge-high" prices and middling service. The prices... More

Jeff has collected relics from ww2 and has them all over his property. The food was plentiful if not outstanding

We did a road trip around Guam and stopped by Jeff's on our way down east side of the island. The prices were a bit high but not too bad, probably because this is a popular tourist spot. We sat outside in the covered area and had great views and a nice warm breeze. We got 2 dishes to share... More

Jeff's Pirates Cove serves the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. The patty was cooked perfectly, with delicious cheese and a tasty bun. It was very juicy and bursting with flavor. I was in Guam for a short time and could only visit twice. If I get a change to return, I definitely want to visit here again and order another... More

If you have a rental and taking a tour across island. Make sure to stop at JPC. Its one of a kind place and if you run into (pirate) Jeff than its totally worth it. Food is great with variety of options and view is just amazing. Remember the route from Tumon going south of island takes over an hour... More

Always loved the food here years ago when it was affordable to the locals! Now, they have increased prices year after year. The scenery is what will bring you back though!

After a day sea glass hunting and snorkeling, Jeff's is the perfect place to cool down, have a couple of beers and a great burger! Beautiful views, great staff and perks of a neat little Guam Museum!
