We got the meatballs and a sausage and stout pizza which were great. We also had a Detroit Pizza with green top, ricotta and prosciutto. It was the best pizza I have ever had. Seriously, so good. Do yourself a favour and eat it.

The best pizza! Nothing more to be said. Well—I can always find something! We had the Margarita for an appetizer, then the mussels, then the fried calzones. No room for dessert after all that! Our waitress, who is also a professional makeup artist, was so...More

North Beach / Telegraph Hill
The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, the sounds
of opera, and the sights of the romantic Italian
ristorante come together to create the charming
neighbourhood of North Beach, once the stomping
grounds for the Beatnik Generation. Although parts of
North Beach are known for nightlife that’s not always
suitable for younger visitors, few neighbourhoods in
the city exude as much European charm and style.
