Perfectly executed truly Italian food. I don't think more compliments are needed. Definitely coming back!

I felt this is a family italian restaurant, the manager who is italian I guess haha. All italian restaurant here would be very busy started from 8 pm. Good meal, good service. Even though this is not a fancy restaurant, but the food taste very...delicious. See you some day again. Cheers.More
We ate here on a Wednesday night and were able to be quickly seated at the bar. The place was busy with walk-ins and reservations. It's an authentic Italian restaurant and the menu is in Italian. They make all their pasta in house and it's...better than delicious. What's a word for that? Highly recommend the Suppli for an appetizer (these croquettes melt in your mouth). I ordered the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe for dinner - it was simple, yet rich. The flavors were memorable and just thinking about it makes me want it again. Yum!More
We had a amazing dinner here with friends to celebrate the birthday of one if the friends. The foods here are fantastic and service is excellent. We ordered the cow stomach and grill octopus for appetizer and a few main dishes including Ravioli, spaghetti, oxtail,...and Steak. I specially like their pasta for perfect Al dente cooking. Lovely environment that foster party atmosphere. We had good time here and enjoy the food and fellowship. Parking is a bit tough but the public parking garage on mission is perfect.More
Our family of four thought this was the best meal we had in San Francisco (and we had a lot of great food). Everything we ordered was phenomenal, starting with the suppli and ending with the best tiramisu ever. The wait staff is professional, friendly,...and knowledgable.More
I researched dozens of restaurants before our one night date in San Francisco. We chose 54 Mint. The service was phenomenal. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. The price was not bad for San Francisco. Highly recommend. We gave kudos to the manager...and chef. They were both extremely appreciative.More
We are an Asian couple. We noticed the waiter paid way much attention to other white customers, like folding their napkins while they went to restrooms, offering them to first tasting wines even ordered by glasses. We didn’t get any of such extra services. Sucks.
Had dinner with old-time friends from England. This restaurant was chosen because it was close to my hotel. It was a very good choice. It is classic Italian. My friends and I had pasta dishes with red wine. The food was good and the staff...friendly.More
I had the full three courses and two glasses of wine and it was still one of the cheapest meals I had in San Franscisco. Well, at least it was under $100. The saltimbocca was one of the rich and tasty; very meaty, but infused...with the sage too. I also loved the dessert: a sort of cherry cheesecake made with ricotta. I can still remember how tangy those cherries were. The wines were all Italian (I think), but well-chosen and the first glass certainly made me want another. The restaurant seems to attract a very broad range of people. It's a comfortable, modern room and the service is very good. I liked the informality - and that I never had to wait for anything.More
Booked online for 4 people at 8pm. Made a mistake online and only booked for 2 people. Hostess was very rude and wouldn't even try to accommodate 4 people. It was 8 pm and we would have waited 20 minutes but she showed us we...only booked for 2 and we are out of luck. Zero customer service.More
