Ate here twice for brunch on Saturday before ballet. Get there at 11:30-11:45 with a reservation. Order classic Bloody Mary, fruit scones or cinnamon bun, dungess crab scramble or French toast, and super coffee.

All three of us had the coq au vin, which was tasty but heavy. You need to like that strong taste, rather than a delicate chicken flavour. Service was very fast – they really seem to want you in and out to get the next...More
In a place like this one cannot escape an absinthe cocktail. Strong and straight. The menu has interesting dishes and traditional ones like a burger with gorgonzola and mushrooms as extras. Farmers market salad is a good compensation for that burger if you share!
Met a friend of mine who is a regular at Absinthe for a few drinks before head to the airport. We had a lovely time. The restaurant/bar is dimly lit and was certainly very busy when we were there (around 6pm). We just had snacks...More
If you are going to the symphony or opera this is The Place. The drinks are so amazing. The ambiance and food are great. Super sweet and wonderful. Love it. Very romantic and upscale. Super good. Class act to the max.

I wanted to have a later dinner on Saturday night after a piano duelo bar and asked some restaurants tips for a local friend. Absinthe was one of them and we went for it. The restaurant was close - it was 10:30 pm and we...More
Classic French style bistro with some American twist. The food is good but the cocktails are awesome.
