This genuinely authentic Italian restaurant is amazing. Reminds me of places we frequented in Florence, Venice and Tuscany area. Great service! The owner worked as hard as the staff. Loved the freshest mussels, burrata, lamb, and pastas. Wish I had had room for the pizza...More

This place surprised us as we were a bit underwhelmed with the decor but the owner does seem quite attentive and although we had a good server there was another girl there I wish I knew her name and she came over twice to see...More

We had an excellent experience. All of the food was delicious, the service was great. Started with appetizers (bruschetta, Burrata and a couple of salads). The pasta and pizza were both outstanding and the tiramisu tasted just as good as any we ate in Italy.

High school cafeteria ambiance is a high point. Extremely rude and unprofessional owner was confrontational. Didn’t stay to try food. Our group walked out in disgust. Went to Wayfare tavern instead. Great time; excellent staff and food.

Bar none, one of the best Italian meals I’ve had in my life. Massimo is the best as is the wait staff. Gratzie!

Menu prices listed here are not correct. The menu provided to us once we arrived was much more expensive.

This was a fabulous dinner recommended by Debbie at the Palace Hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful. Small, intimite dining atmosphere. Staff greeted us and promptly seated us. We had the lasagne and the pepperdelle. Both were very, very good. Mossimo delivered a surprise dessert to...More

We had an OK dinner here on a Friday night. I had fresh pasta with a lamb sugo. Pasta was slightly overcooked and sugo had no taste of lamb. My wife's lasagna was better. While the dinner was OK the ambience was awful. There was...More

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated
vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs
and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to
find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter
for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able
to do more than just business - museums, top quality
restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call
this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
