Our first night in Berkeley, my friends and I went to Extreme pizza. We wanted to order a pizza Margherita, but they did not know what that was, and so we just ordered cheese pizzas. Honestly, it was the worst pizza I have ever had, and I've had my fair share of pizzas. The pizza had a weird taste, and... More

Brought their pizza back over to the Bus Stop Bar where we were watching the football game. This was some of the best pizza I have ever had! Didn't try their subs but I hear they are very good as well.

The two women working had music up so loud I almost had to yell to order. I waited the average 10-15 minutes and the pizza is not to bad.

Came here with my girlfriend for a late lunch on a pretty busy Thursday afternoon. Being a pizza lover, this place caught my attention. Being from Providence, RI, it had a very similar feel from back home. Great, unique menu with a lot of options. We ordered the Boar'der. Pulled pork with onions, bbq sauce and cilantro. A little pricey... More

First the Pizza is actually two salices and they serve beer while you wait. I am a pizza snob and I went to this place 3 times in 6 days for a snack.

We ordered for takeaway and the food was ready after just 10-15 minutes (2 pizzas and 1 sub). Taste and size were very good.

Harmony is not something you often hear when thinking I pizza. But my wife's thought on our 1/2 and 1/2 pizza order of the White Out and Drag it Through the Garden. The flavors did not meld or complement each other within each 1/2. They had too many toppings, too many raw veggies, the Canadian bacon was in large circles... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.
