The decor is nice, however the food is not so. The lasagna consisted mainly of pasta with very little else. The cheese ravioli was bland. It seems the owners try to minimise the ingredients used within their dishes, and this shows in the quality of...More

Lovely old fashioned interior with chandeliers and old photos on walls. Calzone, lasagne and spag bol all delicious. Garlic bread great. Huge portions so 3 meals feed 4! House red was gorgeous wine. Highly recommend this restaurant. We were seated and fed quickly on a...More

I had a great Birthday dinner (group of 5) and a semi private booth. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. Portions were large enough that some took a to-go box. The first time I ate at the...More

A good selection of Italian food. When there 3 times and I can't fault it. The meat sauce on spaghetti is awesome. The staff are like something out of The Godfather. It's an icon of the castro give it a go before it closes forever.

Average food and average service. When we indicated that we wanted to pay the minimum service charge of 15%, our waiter suggested we might like to check out a website of free things to do in San Francisco for the remainder of our stay. I’m...More
