We were looking for a restaurant on Clement Street that we hadn't tried yet. Le Soleil looked inviting and we were seated immediately. The wait staff was pleasant and professional. My husband was thrilled that they had a German beer, Salvator, by Paulaner he could order. I had the Curry Vegetables with jasmine rice which I loved and my husband... More

We recently were treated to lunch at the restaurant. We had delicious lotus root with beef salad. Their famous Hai-Nan steamed chicken, imperial rolls, & more. For a party of 12, we enjoyed our delicious food with good attentive services. We will be going back very soon.

Was in town looking for French influence Vietnamese food. Followed TA recommendation and located this amazing restaurant. Great spring rolls, reasonable Laksa but the lobster on sticky rice was out of this world. Would go back again when visiting San Francisco next time.

On 9/30 we had Vietnamese dinner again , 2 nights in a roll)! Even it's a fusion type but I could find the original Vietnamese taste . Overall, the foods were great except the mushroom n vege dish was a bit too salty. Desserts were delicious , the fried coconut ice cream was recommended to try! Nice atmosphere not noisy... More

Went for lunch and had (1) Papaya Salad, (2) Lemongrass Beef lunch special, and (3) Crispy Noodles. Papaya salad came with shrimp and toasted garlic which was very good. Lemongrass Beef over noodles special came with soup and egg rolls. Beef was tasty. The lunch special was in a big bowl with beef over noodles on top of a bed... More

Not every entree is sure to satisfy any curious palate. Been here more than a dozen time and our first few visits were great. A bit pricey and it's not always consistent. Their crab noodles is way too expensive! It was pretty good to say the least but to pay more than $80 is certainly not worth it! I love... More

I wonder why my husband was thinking.that was a good idea to give a try. Wasn't. The lemongrass beef wasn't tasty at all and soup was bland. My husband chicken was tasteless, maybe because he doesn't eat the skin(??!!) and the salad ...was ok. It was expensive because it didn't worth. Sorry But...that's

Came here for lunch with a group of old friends for a reunion get together. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the quiet, uncrowded environment. The garlic noodles with large prawns, lobster with sticky rice and the mango/purple rice/ice cream dessert combination we ordered were all excellent. The quiet environment allows peaceful conversations without trying to shout louder... More

We had reservations, but the servers were unaware . A couple came in after us, but they got seated first. Tables were not cleaned off. It was right after the lunch rush, but it was if they never had a lunch rush before. But.... After that all got settled, the food was delicious. My husband enjoyed his lunch special and... More
