Harvey’s is located smack in the middle of San Francisco’s Castro District. Their Sunday brunch was wonderful. Good food, great service in a beautiful, bright dining room. Afterward I took a nice walk among the great shops surrounding Harvey’s. Looking for a great brunch... run...More

Harvey’s is a great neighborhood bar and grill. The atmosphere is great and it’s fun to look at the historic pictures on the walls. Make no mistake, Harvey’s is a very gay/lgbt friendly restaurant. They are busy most nights. Food is good, drinks are strong,...More

I’m sure the nightlife is fun here too, but this is a great spot for lunch and a drink. Super chill. Sit by the windows and watch the Castro go by. Great service. Great food and people watching.

Great place for a recovery Sunday brunch! Friendly staff, solid food choices. Can have a little bit of a wait, but well worth it!

This restaurant, located in San Francisco's gay area is named after the famous activist Harvey Milk (Sean Penn in Milk's movie). The atmosphere is nice, waiters are friendly and food is good. A nice option if you want to visit the area.

The Castro
A flourishing commercial area that acts as San
Francisco's LGBT community center and cultural heart,
the Castro is a neighbourhood welcome to everyone. As
one of the first predominantly LGBT neighbourhoods in
the United States and currently its largest, it
remains one of the epicenters of activism in the
nation. Grand theatres and glitzy shops now compete
