Came is because of the interesting menu choices. Started with the fried calamari that was tender and moist and not to too much batter. Chipotle sauce was not too spicy and was great with the calamari. The rock cod was done well and the mild...More

Try to step into this small venue on mission street! I came by during a weekend and it was pretty full. Give 'em a chance another day and I didnt regret: very good food! I tried a Lousiana style po' boy and it was pretty...More

Small, quirky restaurant with quick and tasty food. We shared the sweet potatoes, sauteed spinach and other sides. All of us were happy with our main dishes and left filled up.

Dante's is a great little spot in the Mission; unfortunately, it's closing! :( The food here is great for vegetarians. On my first visit here, I had Buffalo Girls (seitan wings) and Hell Tacos (seitan), while my wife had Plantains and Waco Tacos. I can't...More

Two meals here; both remarkably good. Last night the blackened catfish sandwich with mango - wow. Plus, the tortilla soup. Because there are so many interesting appearing restos beckoning in SF, I don't often do repeat visits. The fact that we walked a 1/2 mile+,...More
