We were a little nervous about trying sushi in the desert, but it was absolutely delicious! Very creative rolls and great service at the sushi bar. Almost everything in their menu is gluten free also. I highly recommend it!

I have been here twice now and I have to say that this is quite a nice experience. The food has been very good both times. Everyone balks at the idea of sushi in the desert. These guys are doing it right. Pleasant service and a great alternative in Moab.

My boyfriend and I love sushi, so we had to make a dinner stop here. The salads to start were delicious! However, I ordered 3 rolls, which would usually be plenty, but each roll had hardly any fish in it. We had to order additional food because we were still hungry. The veg rolls we ordered after were superb though!... More

Very disappointing. Service was excellent, our server was quick and extremely friendly. Presentation was very appealing. Eel was undercooked, tuna was bland. Flavors were flat. Tri-tip steak was a little chewy. Expected better considering the price.

We always have to eat here when doing our business in Moab. I judge Sushi bar's by their Miso and special offers. Excellent Miso after a long day and the specials are always highly creative and delicious. We just feel at home here awesome servers and chefs. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Visited this place and was satisfied with the sushi. Nothing really stuck out as fantastic but it was good. I'd certainly go back. Our service was excellent though and they served a great Moscow Mule!

I picked up sushi to go. Was told it was going to take 10 minutes to get my order. Took twice that. The hostess didn't seem to know how long anything was going to take and the sushi tasted like it came from a grocery store. :(

Had a mix of good and average. We got the special which was amazing (sorry can't remember the name) but the did an excellent job. The Fiery furnace we got was not impressive and could use some work. The ginger tea and cucumber water were very good.

We truly enjoyed the chicken Udon with vegetables and also the Rainbow sushi. But the dessert of berry fried sushi was strange (wasn't sweet, even with a gorgeous chocolate sauce) -- thankfully it also had a tiny bowl of ice cream which was great. The staff was very, very busy, so we had to hail our waitress a couple of... More

We got to this restaurant on our last day in Moab, at about 8:30 pm. For a Sunday night, the place was packed. It started to die down at about 9:30, but was still pretty busy. We had a good 45 minute wait before we were seated, which gave us time to look over the extensive menu. I ended up... More
