Good BBQ, good brisket, good beer selection, excellent sides, great band! A little pricey, but fun for the live music on Fridays.

We went to the Blu Pig bar and had beer, a burger and a rack of ribs there. They have an excellent selection of local craft beers and the food was very decent all American pub food (portions obviously very big in our European eyes). Nice atmosphere, service was very friendly and helpful, a cowboy was playing some good live... More

A group of local ladies had dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our server, Jauna, was great. She was very attentive and upbeat. The food was delicious and the selection as extensive. We will be back.

Most places were closed as it was out of season and snowy. So disappointed the brewery was closed but we found this place. My husband picked up two meals to bring to the hotel and we both enjoyed them. I had the pulled pork the smaller size and it was plenty lots of meat.

I ate at the Blu Bar and had their smoked brisket, which was ok, but not what I would expect from a place that is clearly very prideful in their slow-cooked meats. The portion sizes are pretty big so you can get some decent bang for your buck. They do have a nice selection of Utah beers, and the live... More

We got into town late. Everything was closing. The bar stayed open for us. We had amazing drinks and the sampler platter. Staff was extremely nice!

Located immediately adjacent to the La Quinta Inn & Suites, this is a convenient quick dinner when staying nearby. The blue neon of the exterior signage is an eye-catcher. We only had dinner, and did not go into the Blu Bar, which looked quite popular, with live Bluegrass music. Unfortunately, our dinners were only "OK" - nothing to write home... More

Great variety and service. Try the burnt ends, pulled pork, and the Carolina sweet mustard, Kansas City, Texas Sauces. For dessert, try the smoked pecan pie.

Don't let my title fool you. Went here on a date and after ordering our food we waited. And waited and waited. Due to problems in the kitchen with electrical stuff as our server told us we finally got our food. We were offered an appetizer while we waited which was appreciated. Once we did get our food the feast... More

We were very impressed with The Blu Pig. The whole family enjoyed their meals. The Voodoo Chicken was incredible along with the brisket and pulled pork. All of the sides we tried were delicious, including the side salad. Usually you get a small basic salad, but at The Blu Pig it was fresh with add vegetables. We will for sure... More
