What an outstanding restaurant. The selection of dishes has an amazing combination of ingredients. For those who've acquired the taste of pumpkin seed oil, it's blended well here. There is a wonderful use of smoked flavors. To top off a superb meal, service is excellent.

After a week of touring the National Parks in the area, we had dinner our last night at the Desert Bistro. I had read a lot of good reviews and it did not disappoint. Excellent food and attentive and friendly service. Worth the hype!

This is clean, delicious food, prepared and served by those passionate about healthy proper food. Great wine selection....More
