We stay in Moab most New Year's Eves and go to the Sunset Grill. The food is good, not outstanding but good. We love the views of Moab and the history. The site is well taken care of and we noticed the road going up the hill has been fixed (whew). We would note that they charged us $10.00 for... More

If you're from the Midwest- know this place is a true old fashioned supper club. Small menu, but everything is fresh and tasty. They've got some beer, some wine, some fun drinks (pina colada!) I had shrimp linguine- was excellent and jam packed with veggies! My partner had the special of the day- cedar plank salmon. Everything comes w a... More

This is a great restaurant, they offer a pretty unique view of the area. The food is good, their service is warmly, they offered some pretty interesting rocks and dinosaur model at down floor. All in all is it a nice visit. Expect $40+ per person for the cost though.

Make sure you are here for the sunset - amazing view from on high in Moab. As the former home of Uranium miner Charlie Steen this restaurant is filled with memorabilia on mining and uranium. The food and service are very good. My husband had the filet mignon and it was the best he had ever had. My trout was... More

We were intrigued by the location and the history of the 1950's house turned into a restaurant. It is at the top of a bluff overlooking Moab. The house itself has seen better days, the decor is moldy. The service was very slow, although the server was very nice. My husband had a pricey prime rib which he loved. I... More

Not sure how they did it, but they served an amazing Thanksgiving Dinner this year!.. The place was mobbed. We had reservations, but still had a short wait. The staff all had smiles on their faces, and did a great job. The food was really good. The views from the top of the hill are stunning. A great experience!

The Sunset Grill is in the former home of Uranium King Charlie Steen. In the early 1950s Moab was a small farming community. Arches and Canyonlands were places only a lucky few experienced. In 1952 Charles A. Steen, geologist and prospector, put Moab on the world map. The Sunset Grill specializes in hand-cut steaks, prime rib, seafood, and other traditional dishes.
