We asked the clerk at our hotel for a good place to eat. She recommended Mario's which was just down the block. We walked there and saw we could eat outside or inside. We chose inside. My husband asked a patron what he was eating and we got the same - Filetillo Salteado de Pollo, rice and beans (Congris) and... More

This is indeed a famile restaurant - and sound level was extremely high. The food was ordinary, tending to be a little boring. The servant was very helpfull when it came to showing where the tips were to be written on the slip...

Having never eaten Cuban food, I was a bit concerned. After eating Cuban food, I say bring it on! Was different but definitely worth the effort to find this place. My spouse had a chicken dish, I wish I knew the name. Our server said it was one the the most popular, so ask. I had a steak sandwich on... More

The hotel staff recommended this Cuban restaurant because we don't like to go to chain restaurants especially while we are traveling. The server has well kept with a huge smile. We've never had Cuban food and our server recommended our meal choice. The meal came quick and very hot. Prices were very fair. Easy to get to and good parking.

Prompt friendly service, good food and good value. The chicken was particularly good, and I loved the rice and beans.

You can generally judge a restaurant by the clientele. If it's a Cuban restaurant and Cubans eat there, it must not be 1/2 bad. It wasn't. My partner and I had a flat steak (I cannot remember the name), beans, rice, and fries. Neither one of us cared for the steak, it seemed bland and the type of steak was... More

Very friendly staff! Long menu, lots of pork choices. The service is fast, sort of diner style! I had the fish sandwich, tasty, slippery to eat as a handheld, but did it . It came with potato sticks on top of it. Not expensive.

Had a delicious pollo a la plancha with sauted onions, yuca and mariquitas. Enjoyed the chicken but the side sauces needed a little extra help, but didn't take away from the main course. Definitely worth trying.

Marios was recommended by several people - we were staying nearby. Did not disappoint. The restaurant is clean and bright, the service friendly and prompt and the prices are very reasonable. If you like Cuban food you will love Marios!

I'll keep it short: Delicious churrasco steak, large portions, sides are plentiful, we could all share our foods, very laid back atmosphere - perfect after a day of traveling.

Thank Lisa H
