Previous visits to Posana have been reasonably good. We were all underwhelmed with the service and the food. For the price, nothing was memorable. The sunburst trout was flavorless as were the potatoes. We felt rushed even though there were few folks in the restaurant. There are too many other good restaurant choices in AVL to give Posana another try... More

Excellent food but I was a little shocked by the mimosas prices for brunch. Apparently $6.50 was a "deal" on Saturday. But the food isn't that expensive so you don't have to worry about spending an arm and a leg. And they accommodated a group of 12 girls really well! Would definitely like to go back for lunch or dinner!

We made a reservation for Sunday Brunch. The food and service were outstanding. I loved the atmosphere and the price. One note, in North Carolina, no alcohol before noon. So if you want a mimosa with brunch, you should go after that time. I only which we had gone back to Posana for dinner.

Perhaps our favorite meal during our stay in Asheville. Everything from the service (our wonderful server Blythe) to the food was a 5 star experience. We started off with some appetizers, Three Graces Goat Cheese, Ricotta Gnocchi, Fried Brussel sprouts and the soup of the day which was sweet potato soup with coconut milk. All were fantastic! Continuing with an... More

They don't market it but these guys are ALL gluten free. Foodie heaven for those of us that love food but don't want the gluten. Another must try and the menu is seasonal so you can try it often:)

Hit Posana for late dinner. No reservations but they were able to seat us quickly. Great service. We both had the short rib and it was one of the most tender pieces of meat I have ever eaten. It had a wonderful flavor. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Beautiful ambiance.

My wife and I went off the Trip Advisor rating to choose this place during our survey of Asheville, in significant measure because it had a gluten-free menu for her. The service was great, even to the point that I followed the guidance of Shay, our middle-aged male server, to try his favorite entree, which combined turnips, pork and collard... More

Fantastic restaurant! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a very friendly welcoming staff. We dined at the bar and truly had the best service. Brandon was top notch with his incredible personality and recommendations. The food was delicious, started out with Oxtail Gnocchi which was fabulous then the Joyce Farms Poulet Rouge...the flavors in that dish... More

The two of us sat at the bar. Service was great and friendly. The food was just as good. I had the goat cheese omelette with excellent cheddar grits and the best biscuit ever. Girlfriend had eggs benedict. Order iced tea and be surprised how they brew and serve it.
