It has been awhile since our last visit to Bouchon but we were not disappointed with the service and excellence in the dinner. We each had the mussels special and look forward to our next visit.

With just one day in Asheville, I hoped to find the perfect restaurant that would have that unique Asheville charm. Happy to say, I found it, continuing my luck in finding quaint French eateries. The phrase "Bon Appetit Y'All" painted on the wall is an...More

I spent an evening dining a Bouchon and it was amazing. The cocktail area upstairs served a variety of wonderful beverages and the food was truly amazing. The service and food could not be beat!

Other AVL staples have become bloated and mechanized, but not Bouchon. Same excellent food and service we've experienced for a decade. Tip for couples or solos - we were quoted an hour and a half wait for a table, but the bar is first-come, first-served...More
Went for the unlimited mussels and didn’t disappoint - tried a few flavors and would definitely recommend the Mediterranean and the Parisien, the Louisiane were okay and the PBR ones could be skipped. Will say that eating so many mussels definitely left me with an...More
Chicken Cordon Bleu, best ever anywhere! Go on Wednesday night for Steak Tartare. Place is REALLY good. Get there when they open or risk waiting a long time. No reservations.
