Really good tasting Middle-Eastern. They don't have the nicest store front or seating, but if you don't care about stuff like that and just want to pick up some delicious well made food, Azama's the way to go. They make my favorite shawarma/kebab roll ups, but they also have awesome falafel, hummus, and others (their Egyptian fries aren't much other... More

Best shawarma wraps in Boston. They come with tahini sauce and a delicious spicy sauce. The Egyptian fries, which come with aioli, are also delicious. The guys that run it are really friendly. Open late and great place to grab food after a night out.

Very decent middle-eastern food. Lamb shawarma was fresh, spicy, and came with a tangy tahini sauce and freshly-cut salad. The owner is nice and friendly - I watched him give credit to a guy who didn't have enough cash on hand.

While in town with my fellow band members, we decided to try this place prior to our performance since it was very close, reasonably priced and offered Middle Eastern menu. Why this place does not have more reviews is a mystery to me. Yes, it is no more than a "hole in the wall" kind of place, but the chicken... More

Have tried shawarmas at so many places in Boston, but if you want the best stuff, then Azama is your place to go! Pros: 1. The chicken and lamb/beef shawarma are a must try! 2. Their kababs are really-really juiciliously awesome! 3. Call up and place order ahead of time. Its ready when you get there! 4. Their baklawas are... More

At first it may not look like the most attractive place for a bite to eat but thankfully the quality of the food far surpasses the dull decor. Azama grill has an extensive Middle Eastern food menu. While many may know Azama grill primarily for their popular late-night schwarma, vegetarians should definitely give this place a try as well. A... More

Best falafel wrap I've had in Boston. While the restaurant claims to be Egyptian (and is run by them), the food is familiar middle eastern fare. The decor is ugly and the service can be slow making takeout the preferred option.

Shwarma is that rotating meat that gets shaved off as you order it. The type of process used for gyro meat. This was my first time getting chicken shwarma anywhere. It was wonderfully flavored! I can't wait to try their beef/lamb combo as well. I do, however, wish they had a yogurt sauce to go with it. I got the... More

I'm not sure how this place seems to get 4 star reviews on some other sites. Hole in the wall? I'll gladly look over that if you make good food. Opened my shawarma plate, and everything looked old and gross. But... ok, sometimes looks are deceiving, so I took a bite. It was horrid. Not just badly done Middle Eastern... More
