I had the hangover burger, which was good. Service was prompt and courteous, even though there were 3 groups there with over 8 people in each group. We popped in here for lunch one day. We were not rushed to leave as soon as we were done.

It was nothing more but nothing less. Don't go expecting awesome. They were under staffed but the waitress got it done. Got the order correct etc.

This place used to be a great place for drinks and a turkey club. No more. The club was lackluster from the bread to lack of green lettuce, bacon and fresh tomatoes. The turkey used to be thick cut from a turkey breast. All gone. Yes the turkey is thicker cut. The meat was mostly white. The bread requested toasted... More

I ordered the French Dip for lunch. The sandwich looked great, but when I took the first bite I was taken aback because the meat was cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The server took it back and about 5 minutes later came back with the same sandwich (I could tell because there was a bit... More

We had a variety of entrees - salads, sandwiches and burgers. The hot food was hot and the cold food cold. The taste was good! The wait staff very attentive. Great place for lunch.

Me as a fish lover, just could not think about anything bad to say about this restaurant/pub. I had the Calamari as a starter, which was just excellent. Quick service, nice presented and just delicious. Very fresh and not chewy whatsoever. Had the Fish & Chips as a main. Only point of critisism over here maybe was there was no... More

My husband and I ate at Brandy Pete's on s Tuesday evening. It was empty. The many is pretty standard. Our drinks were served quickly. The pretzel appetizer, which we ordered first, did not arrive quickly. Our burgers arrived before we had finished our appetizers, which was not good. The food was fine, not great, just fine. The serve practically... More

On our last night in Boston, this little gem of a restaurant (just outside our Hilton Hotel) is where we ate. I am so glad we did. The environment was excellent, the food selections were incredible, and they had plenty of regional beer and wine selection. I ordered the Crab Encrusted Scrod and my wife ordered a wedge salad, and... More

This was my third visit to Brandy Pete's, and the first time I ordered any food. I was meeting a friend for drinks and conversation after work. I arrived before her and was pleasantly surprised to find seating outdoors. Having only been there in the colder weather (which is most of the year in Boston), I didn't know this was... More

Great location, we sat outside, they had a very good selection of local beers ... staff was very nice; the home made pastrami reuben was one of the best I ever had; after a great baked brie appetizer. I'll be back ... definitely worth a visit.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
