We have been eating at Giacomo's for decades. Food is excellent, particularly the pasta dishes with seafood for which you choose a sauce. Everything is delicious!

My sister and I were on a girls' weekend and landed on this place via TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews. Reading that they opened at 4:30, we headed on over and at 4:15 found a line queued around the corner. The mother and daughter in front of us were veterans of the restaurant, and they encouraged us to say- worth the... More

Very good, very small. There will probably be a line at the door because the restaurant is very small, but the food was very good.

Giacomo's was highly recommended to us by our server at Legal Seafood...she omitted to tell us that it was a cash only place with a no reservations policy. We loved the food...I had the homemade fusilli with seafood and my partner had the lobster ravioli. We started with a caesar salad which was delicious and full of anchovies. Our server... More

I would say skip it if the line is long, food is good but the place is so small they rush you for the turn over,I have been there 3 times and all 3 times was about an hour, thats how fast of a turn over.

Food is delicious with lots of choices of authentic Italian dishes. After eating dinner there tonight I understand some of the lower ratings. It's a very small restaurant with tables close to each other. We got there at 4:15 to see about 8 people already in line. They open at 4:30. We went straight in to a table when they... More

We picked this restaurant because there were people standing in line outside. Tiny little place with incredible food. True authentic Italian cuisine. If we are ever in Boston again, this place will certainly be on our list to re-visit.

I agree with most of the recent reviews; great food (real italian) but really rushed service. Fast-food literally. But the food was great.

We'd walked by a few times and there was always a long line outside. So we tried it out tonight. A group of four young adults in front of us said the food was great but they"get you in and out efficiently". We would have been happy with "efficient"but we felt like dinner was on a highly personalized conveyor belt.... More

Giacamo's is a small restaurant that seats 40 people or so. Cash only, no RSVPs and a line out the door on busy nights. Family style service that re,Indy me of eating with my family on Sundays. Calimari was tender with a slight spicy marinara sauce. Had the fusilli with lobster and shrimp special. Excellent blended flavor, tender seafood not... More
