Square pizza slices. Cheap prices and delicious! Line moved quick, open from 11am to about 3pm, or when they run out of slices.

We were wandering the North End of Boston and came upon this nice quiet pizza place. It's cheap ($2.25 a slice) and the pizza is pan style and wonderful. The crust is crunchy, the sauce and cheese are tasty. Love this place.

My colleagues and I came to get lunch here while we were in the area, and ate some of the best pizza we'd ever had. This unassuming restaurant is easy to miss but is really worth it. It's cash-only and is only open for lunch,...and the lines are pretty long, so there's a very small time frame to actually buy food. The cheese pizza and arancini were out of this world: freshly prepared and made with love. Nothing fancy, but clearly good quality food.More

Very busy but worth the wait in line. We had a slice of pizza (only had cheese available), calzone, and arancini. All were delicious. Seems like a lot of regulars customers coming in and out. Give it a try! FYI--cash only.

Food is good, lines are crazy and make sure to carry cash into North End. We enjoyed the Pizza and Arancini, true Sicilian flavors.

Stopped in early for quick to-go slices of pizza while exploring the North End. Long line; cheap eats; bring cash. It was the best slice of pizza I’ve had in a long time. After visiting a couple historic spots in the North End, my family...wanted to go back for seconds but they were closed as they sold out for the day. (Weekday between 2-3pm).More

Probably one of the best value meals in Boston. No frills but damn tasty, washed down with a refreshingly cold can of soda.

Well very few places in the North End of Boston sport the tag 'legendary', but this place is one of them. They are famous for opening early (about 10:45) and closing as soon as the food is gone, which usually comes around 2:00 in the...afternoon. The line is usually out the door, but moves quickly. I noticed that many people in front of me got multiple choices off the menu. I opted for the pizza. The pizza is sicilian pan style squares, often known as 'party pizza'. This style can be similar from place to place and inferior to New Haven and New York style thin crust pizza. More aptly described as bread with pizza toppings by some, this place does a sicilian pizza that will turn most non fans around quickly. The cheese is blackened just a touch, and the crust has a crispy bottom, something difficult to achieve in sicilian style pizza. The sauce was exceptional. I regretted not trying the arancini as everyone in front of me got at least one. A must try for visitors to the North End, and for anyone who never has been by when it is open. CASH ONLY.More

[Mark: 94 , Grade: A ] Environment and Hygiene: Basic (wooden tables and chairs, food served on paper plates and plastic cutlery) but tidy. One feels like being transported back to a tavola calda (hot table) in italy. Various photos on the walls depicting the...Italian landscape added authenticity and uniqueness. Hygiene was more than acceptable. 9.25/10 Presentation: N/A Portion: Very good and filling. 14.25/15 Taste: OUTSTANDING!! The pizza's thick crust had a nice texture and was extremely flavorful. The balance between acidity and saltiness of the tomato sauce was mastered ans was in perfect harmony with the mozzarella. The arancino was excellently prepared, on par (if not better!!) than the one I've tried in Sicily. The creamy purè (mashed potatoes) was attractive and well-seasoned. My only regret was that the pizza was not served hot enough, but otherwise a truly outstanding effort in bringing the real taste of Italy to Boston. 38/40 Service: Quick and friendly. Food items were concisely explained. I also appreciated the short Italian conversation. 14.5/15 Price (incl. Tax) : $2.25 for the pizza, $4.5 for the arancino and $2.5 for the panzerotto. The arancino was marginally on the expensive side for Boston but otherwise excellent. Prices for the sides were slightly on the expensive side. 18/20More

I had a rideshare driver recommend this place, and I managed to fit it in before flying home. I got there right when they opened and that was an excellent life choice. This place has a line pretty consistently and from what I've been told,...once they sell out they are done for the day! Try one of everything; the prices are more than reasonable and your taste buds will thank you!More

just good old hard CASH. Hard to deal with plastic as they are handing out thick slices of gooey, cheesy pizza. Take $10 and you should be fine.
