This is the very best cappuccino anywhere. It's truly exceptional = never had anything like it. This is a great place to stop after a nice dinner out. Highly recommend.

Dang this is a neat place. Best Cappuccino and deserts are unreal. Unwind here a bit after a dinner at one of the Italian places across the street. Lots of old history, photos, nick nacks and old coffee making devises through out for decor. They don't take credit or debit cards. Only cash.

Great place to relax and unwind after a day of shopping, for a european breakfast or evening appeirtif. You get the service of all experienced staff who know their Italian drinks, coffees and pastries. The feel of the old country in our Little Italy!

We always look forward to cappuccino and cannoli at Caffe Vittoria after a long day in Boston. Yesterday was no exception. First things first... the cappuccino and cannoli were exceptional. That said, I have no plans to go back. They don't need my business anyway, which was clear from the service. The waitress, and boy do I want to put... More

My favorite haunt in the North End. I love the espresso here and the cannoli are just as delicious as Mike;s without the lines and tourists. Espress Affugato - yes please, Cafe Macchiato, sure. Espresso drink for the grown-ups - yes, get one of those too.

This was an awesome place. The atmosphere is very unique and makes it feel like you are in a cafe in Italy. It doesn't look much from the outside, but just walk in, have a seat and get some goodies. You will love it

My husband and I ducked out of the snow and into Caffe Vittoria after having dinner at a nearby North End establishment. We had hot chocolates that were the best we've ever had. He got a cannoli which he liked. I got chocolate mousse cake and took a couple of bites but it wasn't worth the calories. We split a... More

We had dinner at Mamma Maria which is about a block away and came here for dessert. The cheesecake was fantastic and it perfectly hit the spot. Very nice that you can get a glass of wine to go along with your dessert. Will definitely come back.

Authentic setting of a diner, fun to just look! Not a mass quantity bakery like some, more of the home made version. And cannolis made to order, down to the exact amount of powdered sugar you want. And they take the care to package safely if you're travelling. Couldn't ask for better !

I wish I was allowed to give no stars. This place is filled with the RUDEST people I have ever come across. First my friend and I walk in and we wait to be seated. Then an old woman sitting at a table tells us to choose whatever seat we wanted. In a matter of seconds, I ordered one cannoli.... More

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
