I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday dinner and it was fantastic! We have both been wanting to come here for a long time and figured a birthday celebration would be a great occasion to do so. The ambiance inside in the place...More

Had a business dinner here on a weeknight recently. "High-end" ambience was well executed from the first foot step inside the door. Well-dressed hostesses, sexy lighting, white linen table tops, etc. Service was very attentive and polite. Food was impeccable, if expensive. Sticker shock applied...More

Dinner at the bar was very pleasant and necessary because the restaurant was packed; reserve well in advance. The bar tenders are super pleasant, helpful and not overly present nor do they rush you. The creamy burrata/tomato/balsamic was great. I thought the lobster gnocchi in...More

We visited several restaurants while in Boston on business. This was our favorite. Excellent food and wines. Excellent interactive service (i.e. Not robotic). Room is a bit glitzy but didn't distract from dinner. We very highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

Recommended by Concierge for which we are very grateful. Ambience, service and above all food was excellent. Expensive, but well worth it

Truly spectacular atmosphere, service and food. The Restaurant is one of the two handsomest in Boston. The service is excellent and the food s outstanding. (Try the meatballs). The Mgr. is unreal on some reservations!

When I say that does not deserve a second visit it's because it's obvious philosophy: looks and a sense of luxury above the quality of food and service. Food is average at best. We were 8 and none of the dishes were outstanding and some...More

Would this be a good place to go with kids? We want good food but don't want to be embarrassed if the kids act up: ages 12,10 and 5?

I agree with others - I wouldn't go with kids, it's definitely a more upscale/ romantic atmosphere. Perhaps early evening before it gets busy would be okay, but I would call Sorellina to ask before making the reservation.

Contemporary Italian-Mediterranean cuisine served in an upbeat and sophisticated environment by a staff intent on providing you with a truly memorable dining experience. Sorellina, the 'kid sister' of acclaimed Chef Jamie Mammano's Mistral provides an intense look at regional Italian food with a modern twist. Sorellina's wine list focuses on some hidden Italian gems paired with an international selection creating an effortless opportunity to explore the unknown. The warm-modern design intertwined with the glow of the back wall mural and the floor to ceiling windows are a visually stunning combination.
