We booked for a ten-year wedding anniversary so this was high stakes. On entry we had a somewhat less-than-friendly welcome, but were soon shown to out table. While that happened, our waiter was pulled back and spoken to: this resulted in his throwing "Happy Anniversary"...More

This is stakehouse set in the building of the old state house. The ambiance is very nice. The employees are very informative and helpful, especially to first commers. The food is excellent. We were a group of 8 and everyone was very happy with their...More

Neat atmosphere in Boston's Old City Hall. Great service, great cocktails and wine list. Steaks perfectly prepared, serving sizzling on your plate

The food is good, we ate steak and shrimp. Staff hurried, the noise is deafening. Very uncomfortable, could hardly understand the people I was with or the waiters. Prices too high for good, but predictable dishes.

A little hard to find, but worth the trip. Housed in the old City Hall, the restaurant sports two levels and several private function rooms. Service is very attentive and refined. The beef tenderloin is sublime. Go with beef here for sure. Skip the blackened...More
