We had dinner here last night, and we were wowed. The atmosphere inside was at once warm and engaging--the lights were dimmed and the walls were covered with many things to promote the idea of being a blues music venue. We were immediately greeted by...More

Stopped by on a Thursday in July while passing through Tupelo. Had the Smashburger, which was excellent. Multiple families and couples eating there. Felt like a revitalized downtown bar type of atmosphere. Food was great and service was good, will go back!

This is a great place to have a few drinks with friends and listen to good live music but it's also a great place to eat. I carried my son one afternoon and we both had the Smash Burgers with Rotel fries. Very good.

Saw Leo Bud Welch here Thurday night. That man can wail...play guitar and sing old school delta blues...all at 85! The food here is real deal bar food. Try the fried bologn sandwich. 2 slices of rag bologna, cheese and a fried egg on a...More

Not really a good place to eat as a family by definitely a good place to hang out at and have some drinks. They have almost any kind of craft beer you would want and the food is pretty good, too.

My husband and I were headed to Orange Beach, Alabama, at the end of May and Tupelo was our overnight stay. I searched Trip Advisor for good restaurants and The Blue Canoe was rated #1. We found out why. I had the special which was...More

We tend to think of ourselves as a bar, but tons of folks bring their kids. We don't mind a bit as long as they're behaved and not bothering other guests. When we open on Saturday's it's pretty much always heavily family... More
